We have already closed the Pledge Manager
Hi everybody
You should have realized that we have closed the Pledge Manager. We have left it open a bit longer so you can be charged at the beginning of the month.
We are fully busy with the production of the extra miniatures and finalizing the campaign.
Production:
This month has been crazy because we had to send Takkure to its backers. That took us a lot of time but we kept on producing miniatures for Yokai at a slightly lower rate. Now that Takkure is finished we can put more time on Yokai and finish it without problem.
We have already purchased the boxes to send the games.
So everything goes as planned for the moment.
Adventure pack:
The set of images and files to create your own adventures is already available.

Testing Mystic Forest:
We have sent the scenarios from Mystic forest to several testing groups. This scenarios can be played as part of the main campaign or as an independent campaign. It has been sent to the translator so for the moment there is just the Spanish version and does not contain the narrative part. As soon as we have the translation, we will publish it. If you play it it will help us to improve the final version.

We have finished the Oni Invasion campaign as well and it will be send to testing soon.
We keep on working on the game, we are not publishing more updates because we find it better to send a big update per month than several small updates.
For the moment everything is going well and following the planning. We really want you to have your games and enjoy the campaign. Just a little bit more patience.

Ya hemos cerrado el Pledge Manager
Hola a todos:
Os habréis dado cuenta que hemos cerrado el Pledge Manager. Tardamos un poco más para que el cobro os llegara a principios del mes.
Estamos a tope con la producción de las miniaturas extra y ultimando la campaña.
Producción:
Este mes ha sido una locura porque debíamos enviar todos los Takkure. Hemos estado tremendamente ocupados. Aun así seguíamos produciendo miniaturas para Yokai pero a un ritmo menor. Ahora que hemos acabado podremos dedicar más tiempo y acabar sin problemas.
También hemos pedido las cajas para enviar los juegos.
Así que de momento todo va según lo planeado.

Ya tenéis disponible un set de imágenes y archivos preparado para crear vuestras propias aventuras.

Testing Mystic Forest:
Ya hemos pasado a varios grupos de testing los escenarios del mystic forest. Estos pueden jugarse como parte de la aventura principal o como una campaña separada. Lo hemos mandado a traducción, de momento solo está en Español y no contiene la parte narrativa. En cuanto lo tengamos en inglés lo publicaremos. De momento podéis jugarlo y así saldrá lo más pulido posible.

Aprovecho para comentar que ya hemos terminado la campaña de la Oni Invasion y en breve la mandaremos a testing.
Seguimos trabajando en el juego, no mandamos muchas actualizaciones porque creemos que es mejor mandar una gran actualización cada mes que muchas pequeñas.
De momento todo va bien y según los plazos acordados. Tenemos muchas ganas de que tengáis los juegos completos y que disfrutéis de la campaña. Un poco de paciencia que vamos bien.

There is little time left to close the PM
Hi everybody:
Although our silence during the last weeks, we have not stopped working. But not always in Yokai, also the World Cup and the shipping process of Takkure have kept us busy. We come back with the final stretch of Yokai's production.
Closing of the pledge manager:
There are several backers who have not completed the PM yet. Our original idea was to close it miden November but it might be possible to wait a little more to let you time to complete the process.
Testing:
We are testing further the campaign. We are working with new testing groups and we are busy with the layout. It seems everything is going well and the feedback from the testers is very positive.
We are working now on the Oni Invasion missions. So there will be just a pair of missions from the main plot left.
Production:
The owls have already been produced.
We are now producing the sinobis. Once the PM would be close, we'll start with the terrain and the hitachis. Everything seems to go as planned without problems.
As you see, we are sending you this update to keep in contact and let you know that everything is going as planned.
We will soon announce the closing date of the PM.

Ya queda poco para cerrar el PM
Hola a todos:
Pese al silencio de las últimas semanas no hemos parado de trabajar. Pero no siempre en Yokai, el mundial y los envíos de Takkure nos han tenido muy ocupados. Pero ahora volvemos con la recta final de la producción de yokai.
Cierre del pledge manager:
Queda aún mucha gente por completar el pledge manager. Nuestra idea es cerrarlo a mediados de este mes. Pero es posible que lo alarguemos un poco para dar tiempo a que lo completéis los que aun no lo habéis hecho.
Testing:
Seguimos probando la campaña. Hemos incorporado nuevos grupos de testing y estamos ya maquetando. Así que todo parece ir por el buen camino. El feedback de los testers es muy bueno.
Ahora mismo estamos cerrando las misiones del ONI invasión. Y ya solo quedarán las últimas misiones del hilo principal.
Producción:
Ya se han producido todos los búhos.
Ahora se están haciendo las shinobis y al cerrar el PM se empezará con la escenografía y los hitachis. Todo parece ir en fecha y sin problemas.
Os mandamos esta actualización para que tengáis noticias nuestras y veáis que todo va según lo planificado.
En breve anunciaremos la fecha de cierre del PM.

Hi everybody!
How was the return to your work? We hope that you enjoyed the summer. We have been pretty busy.
Pledge manager:
As the title announces, we have already opened the Pledge Manager. You should have received the announcement by email. Now you just have to follow the instructions in this email, it’s very simple.
If you find any problem, please contact us and we’ll help you.
With the PM you determine and pay the shipping and you can purchase the add-ons for the game. We have been checking several possible extra add-ons, some of them will be available in the PM and others won’t.
Remember that the PM will stay open till the end of November. Don’t wait till the end, that’s important because some products will be produced for other companies and we have to know the final amount.
New add-ons:
Following the feedback of the backers, we have added some new products to the pledge manager. If you have not completed the Pledge Manager process, you just have to pick the desired product up.
If you have completed the pledge manager process, there are two options:
- payment with Credit card: this payment has not been charged yet, so you will be able to modify your purchase in the pledge manager.
-PayPal: if you want to add one of these products, you should generate a new purchase as pre-order and send us a mail so we can ship everything together.
That's what we have added:
You can get a high quality resin copy of the Hitachi Sama in case you don't own a 3d printer.
We have added a new scenery pack.
Everything you need to play, the official designs printed in high quality resin.
- 4 Rocks
- 4 Shrines
- 2 Big bushes
- 4 Small bushes
We have talked with the producer in order to get some additional bags. It is a very limited run: there will be 20 of each, with new designs especially created for this new edition.
Late Pledge:
We will open a Late Pledge, this is a new chance for those who missed the KS campaign. The pledges will have the same conditions as in the KS campaign. Share it with your friends if they could be interested in the project:

Testing:
We are giving the last touches to the missions of the Mystic Forest. They will be sent now to the external testers while we finish the missions of the Oni Invasion. We expect to have all of them in testing by the end of the month, this way we can dedicate a pair of months to polish the scenarios and be sure that they are as good as possible.
Rulebook:
We keep on retouching things in the rulebook. The more games are being played, the more feedback we receive and we improve it. There have not been important changes, mainly clarifications and normalization. But, if you can test it, it helps us a lot and allows us to improve the game before sending it to the print company.

El pledge manager está abierto
¡Hola a todos!
¿Qué tal la vuelta al trabajo? Esperamos que hayáis disfrutado del verano. Nosotros no hemos parado.
Pledge manager:
Como veis en el título ya hemos abierto el pledge manager. Os debería haber llegado un aviso al mail. Solo debéis seguir las instrucciones del mail, es muy sencillo.
Si tenéis algún problema indicádnoslo y os ayudaremos.
Principalmente este proceso es para pagar el envío, pero ahora sí podéis añadir los add-ons del juego. Hemos estado valorando un buen número de add-ons adicionales, algunos se han añadido finalmente, otros no.
Recordad que tendremos abierto el pledge manager hasta finales de noviembre. Debéis completarlo antes, es importante porque algunos productos se fabrican por otras empresas y debemos tener las cantidades finales.
Nuevos add-on:
Gracias a los comentarios de los backers hemos añadido algunos nuevos productos al pledge manager.
Si no habéis completado aun el pledge manager y queréis añadir algo a vuestro pledge, solo debéis seleccionarlo.
Si ya habéis completado el pledge manager hay dos opciones:
- Pagos con tarjeta: Aun no se ha pasado el cobro del pago con tarjeta. Así que solo debéis entrar y modificar el pedido
- Pagos con Pay pal: Si queréis añadir algo debéis generar un nuevo pedido como pre-order y mandarnos un mail avisándonos para que os lo mandemos junto.
Esto es lo que hemos añadido:
Podéis tener el hitachi sama físico si no tenéis impresora.
Hemos añadido un pack de escenografía nuevo. Todo lo necesario para jugar impreso en resina de alta calidad y con los diseños oficiales.

- 4 Arbustos pequeños
Hemos hablado con el proveedor y vamos a poner algunas bolsas adicionales. Es una tirada limitada, solo hay 20 de cada. Con nuevos diseños especiales de esta nueva edición.

Abriremos un late pledge, esta es una oportunidad para gente que se perdió el KS. Pueden acceder a los pledges con las mismas condiciones del KS. Podéis pasárselo a vuestros amigos si les interesa el proyecto:

Testing:
Estamos puliendo las misiones del Mistic Forest. Ahora las mandaremos a testing externo mientras pulimos las del Oni Invasion. A finales de mes esperamos tener todas las misiones en testing, así podemos dedicar unos meses a pulir los escenarios y asegurarnos que están lo mejor posible.
Reglamento:
Seguimos retocando cosas del reglamento: cuantas más partidas se juegan, más feedback recibimos y podemos pulirlo más. No ha habido cambios importantes, principalmente son aclaraciones y normalización. Pero, si podéis probarlo, nos es de gran ayuda y permite que el juego este lo mejor posible cuando lo mandemos a imprenta.
